Is The Clubhouse booked by the day or by the hour?

The Clubhouse is booked by the event, however can be booked by the hour with special arrangements.

What size event can The Clubhouse accommodate?

Inside events are limited to 140 guests. Outside events may be larger depending on where on the property the event is held.

How far ahead may I book a date for my event?

You may book a date 18 months in advance.

Do I need to arrange for my own caterer and other services?

Yes, you will need to contract with your own service providers. See the Vendor Resources page for suggestions.

What are the parking arrangements?

The Clubhouse has 22 parking spaces in its lot and parking is available on one side of Brook Hills Road. A valet is suggested for large events.

Is Set-up and Clean-up included in the price?

Your caterer will take care of setting up your event and basic clean-up. Clean-up of the facility will be provided.

Can I have a DJ or band?

Yes, you can have music either inside or outside the building, however it must end by 10 PM.

Are there decorating restrictions?

You may not attach anything to any surface using tape, nails, or tacks.

May we throw rice or birdseed after the wedding?

No, you may not.

Can I bring my pets?

Pets are only permitted in outdoor areas.

Is there any extra fee for the rehearsal?

You may have a rehearsal the day before a wedding lasting up to two hours for no extra fee. No food or drink may be served.
